Rules and Regulations:

Last day to purchase tickets will be Sunday, March 4, 2007. Ticket sales will cease as of 3:00 pm on Sunday, March 4, 2007.
Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 1000. All inquiries on the odds of winning are to be made to the licensee prior to ticket purchase. Final odds will be dependant on total number of tickets sold. Only 1,000 tickets are available.
All tickets purchased will immediately be entered into the lottery at the time of purchase. Tickets are considered legitimate even if purchaser does not receive the lottery ticket in the mail by the draw date. The Lung Association will provide the purchaser their ticket number at time of purchase.
Only tickets that have been paid for, and have been verified as paid for, are eligible for respective draws.
Tickets are not tax deductible.
Tickets will be mailed to the address of the primary ticket holder.
All tickets are to be issued in sequential order.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
Tickets must be purchased within the province of Ontario.
The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
All prizes are tax-exempt and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes will be awarded to the primary ticket holder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to allocate prize as necessary.
Winning ticket will be drawn under the supervision of The Lung Association. The draw will take place at the Kingston Garden Festival located at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, 53 Yonge Street, Kingston, Ontario, K7M 6G4.
